This Privacy Policy describes how Airbrush Brothers Event ("we", "us") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the Airbrush Brothers Event application and related services.

SECTION 1 — WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you use Airbrush Brothers Event, we may collect personal information you provide such as your name, phone number, and email address. Phone numbers may be used to contact guests or staff about orders, pickup, or event operations. When you browse or use the app, we may also receive your device or browser information and IP address to help us operate, secure, and improve the service.

Email communications (if applicable): with your permission, we may send you emails about your account, event operations, or service updates.

If an authorized user connects Google for questionnaire features, we may also process limited Google account data as described in the Google user data section below.

SECTION 2 — CONSENT

How do you get my consent? When you provide personal information to create an account, place or manage an order, connect Google, or otherwise use the service, we imply that you consent to our collecting and using it for that specific reason. If we ask for personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will ask for your expressed consent or give you an opportunity to say no.

SECTION 4 — GOOGLE USER DATA

If an authorized user connects Google for questionnaire features, we may access limited Google account data needed for that feature, including:

• Basic profile information (such as email) to identify the connected account
• Google Forms content to create or update event questionnaires
• Google Forms responses (read-only) to import questionnaire answers into the event workflow
• Google Drive file access limited to files the app creates or opens with the app (for managing those form files)

We use this Google user data only to provide connected questionnaire features inside Airbrush Brothers Event. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to unrelated third parties except as needed to operate the service or when required by law. Users can revoke Google access in their Google Account permissions; after disconnection we stop new access to that Google account.

SECTION 5 — SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices so it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we implement generally accepted industry standards to protect your information.

SECTION 6 — COOKIES AND SESSION DATA

We may use cookies or similar technologies as needed to keep you signed in, protect the session, and understand basic usage of the application. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect sign-in or app functionality.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
